Hailey Safra is a passionate Clinical Social Work Intern specializing in mental health care for children, teens, young adults, and families—particularly those who are neurodivergent or navigating complex emotional challenges. Based in South Florida, Hailey provides trauma-informed, neuroaffirming therapy to clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, autism, OCD, PTSD, and post-injury adjustment issues.

Hailey earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Florida State University, where she focused on child development and child welfare. Her professional experience includes working as a case manager with ChildNet and as a therapist and group facilitator for neurodivergent teens at Evolve Learning Community. She brings a deep understanding of how to support individuals with autism, ADHD, trauma histories, and executive functioning challenges.

At Broward Therapy Group, Hailey leads our VIBE (Ventures In Belonging & Exploration) teen outings program—a community-based group that helps neurodivergent teens build confidence, practice social communication skills, and experience meaningful peer connection in real-world environments. Through this work, she fosters inclusion, autonomy, and a strong sense of belonging.
