Stefanie Pidal (MSW) is a clinician with over two decades of experience providing evidence-informed mental health services to children, adolescents, adults and families. Stefanie practices from an integrative, whole-person perspective, recognizing the essential connection between mind, body, and environment in the healing process.

Stefanie’s clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Family Systems Theory, and holds a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction-Teens. Stefanie completed specialized individual and group training from CMBM and earned an Advanced Certification in Mind-Body Medicine. Throughout her career, she has developed and implemented mental health programs within Community Mental Health and the Juvenile Justice system, with a strong emphasis on neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-responsive care.

Stefanie’s approach supports clients and families in strengthening communication, reducing conflict, enhancing self-awareness, integrating techniques that promote physiological and psychological balance while fostering more connected and responsive relationships.

A graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work, Stefanie integrates somatic awareness, mindfulness-based strategies, and restorative practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and resilience.

In her clinical work, Stefanie offers a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels safe and supported. She collaborates closely with individuals to identify their strengths, develop personalized strategies, and build skills that promote long-term well-being. Stefanie also provides specialized support for parents of neurodivergent youth, offering guidance in mindful parenting, collaborative home and school advocacy, and effective stress-reduction practices. Stefanie understands how important it is for parents of neurodivergent youth to have space for their own self-care and understanding. She meets caregivers with genuine warmth and empathy, offering support that helps them feel seen, supported, and strengthened as they navigate their family’s unique journey.”
